Delivery Policy

Delivery is by Australian Parcel Post Satchels with tracking number within Australia and New Zealand, this information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched, if delivery is required outside of Australia an New Zealand please contact Maldive Equestrian for a postal quote before ordering. If you request courier delivery you will need to arrange and pay for this directly to the courier.

Maldive Equestrian are not responsible for goods that are stolen if left by Australian Post on door step or shall they be held responsible for the loss or damage of items delivered by Australia post. When ordering your items please ensure your address is correct as Maldive Equestrian will not be responsible for posting an item to an incorrect address through customer error.

When will my order arrive?

Maldive Equestrian will post your order within 48hrs of your funds clearing our bank account excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow between five and ten working days for delivery through Australian Post and in some cases rural areas may take longer. All items will be tracked and you will be able to find this information through the link below.

Please note orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched, if any items are out of stock you will be notified of their expected delivery date.

Return & Exchange Policy

Goods may be returned if in their original and unused condition, please only try on rugs on top of a clean rug otherwise you will be unable to return to us. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. No postage will be refunded only the product that you are returning.

Maldive Equestrian will only allow the exchange of goods once without incurring charges. Please return items to: Maldive Equestrian, PO Box 4238, Baldivis. WA 6171.

PLEASE NOTE; Clearance items are non refundable.
